At a county court began and held at the courthouse in Columbus for Hickman County on Monday the 11th day of October 1824.
On motion of Joseph Jackson and upon affidavit being made in open court it is ordered that it be certified to be sheriff of this county that said Jackson be excused from the payment of his county levy for the year 1823.
