Duncan TO Robinson

JANE DUNCAN INDENTURE 1913

THIS INDENTURE made by and between Jane Duncan and Jeff M. Duncan her husband of Kehoe of the first part and George A. Robertson of Kehoe Kentucky of the second part.

Witnesseth that the parties of the first part in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and eighty-five dollars in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land lying in the county of Greenup and State of Kentucky, and described as follows: Beginning at corner Cabe Holbrooks line thence running east with Kelleys line to Ridge Road thence with Allens fence to county road near spring thence with county road to Pitts corner with Pitts line to Lewis line thence with Lewis line to Coopers line thence with Robertson's line to the place of beginning, containing 50 acres more or less being premises conveyed to the said Jane Duncan by Sylvester Smith and wife on the 1st day of September 1894 by deed in deed book No. 27, page 235 of the Greenup County court records. To have and to hold the same with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever with covenants of general warranty.

In testimony whereof the said parties of the first part hath hereunto subscribed their names this 4 day of October 1913.
