     Thomas Bedford married Ann Robertson and was a Capt. in the
Revolutionary War.  He had two brothers that went to Kentucky and I think
married into the Clay family.  They were from Halifax County, Va.  I think
Ann Robertson was an own cousin of Commodore Maury, but all I know is
"hearsay."
