THOMASSON, Georgetown, was born in Pendleton County, Ky., April 15, 1857, and was educated in a private school at Butler, Ky. He began the study of medicine with Dr. W. H. Yelton, of Fairview, Ky., in 1879. He attended the Pulte Medical College at Cincinnati, Ohio, during two sessions, and graduated in March, 1881, at once locating at Georgetown where he has an active practice, being the only practitioner of the homeopathic school at present in the county. His father, Julius V. Thomasson, is of Scotch descent, born March 24, 1800, in the State of Kentucky. He follows the occupation of farming in Pendleton County, Ky.
