She was born on January 1, 1892, and was the daughter of Reuben Evans. The witnesses were Finas and Asa Evans. They became the parents of four daughters and two sons, all of whom survived him together with their mother after his death, on December 1, 1958. He died in Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky, at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Rodney Baxter, and was buried in the Green River Church Cemetery.
