HAMILTON FURGANSON was born August 7, 1829, and is the eighth son of
Samuel Furganson, who was born in North Carolina, in 1794.  Hamilton
Furganson married Miss Mary Ann Parker, February 22, 1854.  She was born
in Jefferson County February 22, 1835, and is the third child of John
and Mary Parker, the former of whom is still living at the advanced age
of seventy-eight years.  Hamilton Furganson is a farmer, and is highly
respected by his neighbors.
