MUSSELMAN, farmer, trader and wholesale liquor dealer, P. O. Cynthiana, was born in Harrison County, Oct. 2, 1838; son of William and Martha (White) Musselman; he, born in Harrison County, Ky., in 1797, a farmer, and dying Feb. 9, 1852; she, born in Daviess County in 1801, dying July 31, 1853; they has three children, J. W. being the youngest. Our subject began life as a farmer, which occupation he is engaged in at present, beside dealing in liquor and trading. He was married March 14, 1861, to Mary Rowland, born in Harrison, Jan. 10, 1842, daughter of Harvey and Matilda (Dills) Rowland, and from which union have resulted three children: William, Ettie and Maud.
