DAVID HAGGARD came out with Birchett, as a volunteer from the Virginia conference, to do battle in the hard service of Kentucky. He was appointed as colleague with Birchett on the Lexington circuit in 1790, and traveled a few years in Kentucky with considerable acceptability, when he joined O'Kelley's party, returned to the east, and died in connection with the New Lights.
