William VanBuren Brawner

William VanBuren Brawner, son of William Frankfort S. "Pig" Brawner and Deborah Ann "Debby" Pence, was born in Franklin County, Kentucky on July 14, 1867. William married Nancy O. Troxell Bennett, born October 4, 1873, daughter of Garrett Troxell and Angeline Chism sometime before1893. Nancy Brawner died on April 3, 1947 in Franklin County. William died later on March 3, 1953 in Anderson County, Kentucky. Both are buried in the Frankfort Cemetery.

Pearl M. Brawner, born June 22, 1892 in Franklin County, Kentucky and died on December 14, 1940. She married Harry
Graham O'Nan, son of Llewelllyn O'Nan and Cordelia Bacon on December 23, 1913 at the home of her parents. Harry
was born on October 12, 1893 and died on February 23, 1936. Four children were born to this union. An infant was born
and died shortly after birth; Jessie Louise, born June 13, 1922 married John William Mackey and died January 26, 2004;
Clayton Bacon, born August 4, 1924 married Rose Stamper, Ida Curry and Martha ___? and died in Indiana in 2000;
Charles Edward, born June 17, 1927, married Betty Jo Elam and died February 3, 1982 at Veteran's Hospital, Lexington,
Kentucky.

Harrison Brawner, born about 1893 probably in Franklin County and evidently died as an infant. Harrison is not listed on
the 1900 Franklin County census with his family.

Anna L. "Annie" Brawner, born October 9, 1895 and died April 25, 1994 in Woodford County. Sometime before 1915, Annie
married William R. Pope, son of Nathaniel Pope and Nettie. Annie and Willie had children; Alma, born May 17, 1915; William
Arthut, born March 7, 1918, Lewis E., born December 20, 1921; Betty Jean, born January 14, 1928
