I, William Penn of the City of Frankfort hereby constitute this my last will and testament:
First - All my just debts are to be first paid.
Second - I give devise and bequeath to my wife, Susannah  all the rest and residue of my estate real, personal and mixed, which I now have or may own at the time of my death

to have and to hold the same to her and her heirs forever.
Third - I appoint my wife sole executrix of this my last will and testament and request that the county court do not require her to give any security.  In witness whereof I have set

my hand and affixed my seal this 5th day of May 1854.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of William Penn, deceased was produced to wit and was proven by the path of George W. Given and J. H. Vaughan the
