145 In the name of God amen, I Willis Oliver of the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky, being weak in body, but of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following. To Wit. Item 1 - It is my will and desire that all my just debts be paid. Item 2 - It is my will and desire that my executor herein after named pay to William S. Church the husband of Catharine Church, the sum of Five hundred dollars as his full share in my estate. Item 3 - It is my will and desire and I do hereby bequeath unto Rice W. Oliver one third of all the property now owned by me consisting of land and negroes or any other whatsoever to him and his heirs forever. Item 4 - It is my will and desire and I do hereby bequeath unto my brother, John E. Oliver, one third of all my estate of every description whatsoever to him and his heirs forever. Item 5 - It is my will and desire and I do hereby bequeath unto my nephew, John Church one sixth of all my estate to him and his heirs forever. Item 6 - It is my will and desire that the remaining sixth part be equally divided among the said Rice W. Oliver, John E. Oliver and John Church to them and their heirs forever. And lastly, I hereby appoint the said John Church executor of this my last will and testament hereby ___ and confirming all and whatsoever he may carefully do in the promise and ___ are former words by me made. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and sea; this thirteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three. Willis Oliver
