I, William Littell attorney and counselor at Law of Frankfort, Kentucky do hereby make my Last will and testament, in manner & form following.

First, I declare my two sons Philander Littell and William Littell my sole heirs at Law and give and bequeath to them & the survivors of them & his heirs
forever all my estate real, personal or mixed whatsoever, to William all the estate which came by, his mother, and one moeity of the residue of my
estate & to Philander the other moeity of my estate independent of what was received thru William's mother.

Secondly, I hereby appoint the Rev. Geo. T. Chapman of Lexington & the Rev. Wm. Holeman of Frankfort, guardians to my two children.

Thirdly, I constitute & appoint my friend, Jacob Swigert of Frankfort sole executor of this my last will and testament.  In witness whereof I have hereto
set my hand, set my hand and seal this    of August 1824.
