373-74 I, William Lee of the County of Franklin, state of Kentucky do make this my last will and testament hereby revolking any and all former wills I may have made. I give and devise my wife Jemima Lee all my estate both real and personal which may belong to me at the time of my decease during her natural life she however being directed to sell so much of the perishable property as may be necessary to pay my just debts. At the death of my said wife the estate both real and personal as aforesaid. I bequeath to my children as follows to Sarah Warren, Louis Lee, Nannie Mitchell, Lidy Rucker, Arminta Demaree, Robert A. Lee, James T. Lee, Eliza Lee, Julia Lee one equal each and to (L.C. Watkins, Thomas Lee and Lucinda Miller) they being the bodily heirs of my daughter, Mary T. Watkins, decd. I will and bequeath one equal share, and to to Samuel Clark, he being the only bodily heir of my daughter, Rebecca Clark, decd. I bequeath one equal share. I do hereby constitute and appoint my son James T. Lee, executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this December 20th, 1894. William Lee
