In the name of God Amen, I Willis Arnold of the county of Franklin and state of Kentucky being sick and weak in body, but sound mind and disposing memory for which I thank
God and calling mind the uncertainty of human life and being desirous to dispose of all such worldly estate or property it hath pleased God to bless me with.  I give and bequeath
the same in manner following to wit:
1st.  It is my will that all my just debts and funeral expenses by paid out of any of my disposable property such as, my wife may select to be sold for the above purposes.
2nd.  It is my will that my beloved wife, Margaret G. Arnold have all the balance of my estate which is, personal, mixed or real during her life provided she takes care of it and does
not waste or destroy it.
3rd.  It is my will that after my said wifes death, that is my part of such property as she may die possessed of shall be sold and the proceeds thereof to be equally divided between
my four children or their heirs, that is, John D. Arnold, Richard G. Arnold, William P. Arnold and Beverly C. Arnold nearly as possible by shares that is share and share alike.
4th.  It is further my will that if at anytime my said wife, Margaret G. Arnold during her widowhood shall find that she can conveniently share any or any part of said property she may
either sell it and divide the proceeds equally between my four children share and share alike or give it to any one of them by valuation charging him or them with it as his or their share
or part of share as the case may be.  The foregoing is my last will and testament and hereby revoking all former wills and parts of wills or testaments hereto made by me made.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 3rd day of October 1835.  All intialines? and ___? were made before signed

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Willis Arnold, deceased was produced in Court and was proven by the oath of Edward S. Coleman a subscribing witness, who
also proved that B. Hensley and S. M. Hughes the other two subscribing witnesses signed their names as witnesses in his presence and at the request of the testator, which is ordered
to be recorded and accordingly done.
