I, Thomas H. Berry, of the County of Clark and town of Winchester, Ky, to hereby make and constitute this my last will and testament
1 st. It is my will that after my death my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
2nd. That all of the balance of my estate go to my beloved wife, Kitty Berry. Witness my hand this 23rd. of November 1869.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Thomas H. Berry, decd. was produced in Court and was proven by the oaths of Dr. B. G. Duvall, a subscribing witness
thereto, who also proved the attestation of J. J. Kendall the other subscribing withness thereto. Whereupon was ordered that said will be recorded. Which is done.
