4 I, Snelling Wilkerson of Franklin County, Kentucky do hereby make this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say: 1st - I desire that immediately after my decease all personal property of every kind shall be sold by my Executor herein after named and the proceeds divided between my children or their descendants in equal proportions. 2ndly - I desire that my said Exor within three months after my decease convey to my son-in-law, Richd W. Wood by good and sufficient deed the tract of land on which I now live containing about ninety two acres, upon his paying or securing the payment to them in three annual payments the sum of Sixteen hundred and fifty six dollars which I wish equally divided between my children and I hereby charge my Exor to see that my daughters and their heirs enjoy the portion falling to them in the above distribution. 3rd - As I am now in a feeble and almost helpless condition and am living with my son-in-law R. W. Wood my desire is that he shall cultivate and enjoy free of rent the place on which he now lives in consideration of his boarding and taking care of me in my affliction so long as I may live as he has heretofore done. And, Lastly - I do hereby appoint my sons James Wilkerson and William Wilkerson, Excors to this my said will hereby revoking all other former wills or testaments by me made.
