knowing it is appointed for all persons one to die and the time thereof is uncertain and feeling desirous to make some disposition of the property wherever that has pleased

description household and Kitchen furniture farming utensils, Money Bonds accounts and all other property that I may die possessed of whether real or personal or in any
wise pertaining to my Estate to Alvin Herndon to have and to hold the same in trust for the use of and benefit of my Daughter Aphia Lowen during her life and then to the use
and benefit of her children and in order that they may enjoy it most advantageously it is my desire that should any of the children be lawful age at the death of my said
Daughter Alphia then it is my desire that my said Trustees should give to such child of children their portion of said Estate remaining in his hands and so soon as they
become of legal age until it is all paid out.  But it is my wish although not first expressed that all my lawful and just debts be paid before anything in otherwise appropriated.
It is also my will and desire that my said Trustees be allowed by the court a reasonable sum for the execution of the trust herein confided to him which may be moore or less
according to the trouble he may have with said Estate.  In order to be more explicit I will here state that it is my wish and desire that all the Estate as well as Matilda & her
increase should she have any as well as the other Estate hereby conveyed in trust for the use and benefit of my said Daughter Aphia should be put into her hands that she
may enjoy the same but subject to the management and control of Benjamin Lowen.  In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 24th day
