Page 25 In the name of God Amen, I, Richard Sharp of Frankfort, Kentucky do hereby declare and make this my last will and testament.  After the payment of all my just debts I give to my beloved wife Agatha M. Sharp all my property real, personal and mixed to do with as she pleases and I hereby appoint my said wife as my executrix and do not require hereto give any bond.  Witness my hand this the 16th day of July 1880. Rich'd Sharp Attest: Thomas B. Ford J. A. Grant Franklin County Court Monday, September 6th, 1880 A writing to be the last will and testament of Richard Sharp, decd.. was produced to Court and proven by the oats of Those. B. Ford and J. A. Grant the subscribing witnesses thereto.  Where upon it was ordered that said will be recorded, which is done. Attest Jas. G. Crockett, C.F.C.C. By W. E. Graves, DC
