In the name of God Amen, I Richard Kirk believe that my existence here cannot not be long and being of sound & disposing memory do ordain this to be my last
Will and Testament.
1st.  I will and bequeath to my beloved wife all my estate both personal and real after my just debts and funeral expenses are paid, as long as she remains my widow.
2nd.  I will and bequeath to my children all the money that may arise from the sale of my estate both personal and real, at the time of the death or marriage of my wife.
I desire that the real estate shall not be sold until the youngest child is twenty years of age.
3rd.  I appoint my wife, Martha Ann Kirk my Executor without her giving security.
