56 Be it known that I, Robert C. Hardwick, of the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky being sick and infirm of body though of sound mind and well disposing memory doth this day make ordain and constitute this my last will and testament that is after my just debts and funeral expenses are paid, my wish is that my body be decently interred in the earth, and my should returned to God, who gave it. First - I give to Ann Eliza Rucker and Lucy Margaret Aynes and their heirs my entire estate both real and personal to have and to hold forever free from the claims of all others in any manner what ever by them paying to the heirs of Benjamin F. Dinkle, deceased namely; Virginia William, Ann B. , Rufus and Leonidas, one hundred dollars each at their respective ages of twenty one years. In witness whereof I subscribe my name and fix my seal this 30th day of November 1881. Robert C. Hardwick
