108 In the name of God, amen. Know all men by these preasants that I William Quire of Franklin county and stait of Kentucy being weak in body but possessing my proper strenth of mind hath made and ordained this my last will and testament in manor and form following to wit moiety -- first I give to my beloved wife Margaret Quire all my estate both real and personal during her life and at her death I wish it to be equally divided among my children. I ordain my wife Margaret Quire my Executrix to this my last will and testament in Testimony whereof I have hereun to set my hand and affixed my seal this 11th 1822 October. William Quire X his mark
