Page 146 I, Peter Green of the county of Franklin being at present in a bad state of bodily health but of sound & disposing mind and memory have thought proper to make this my last will & testament in manner and form following, that is to say. 1st.  I desire that immediatly after my death my exr. herein after named shall sell so much of my personal property as shall be of value sufficient to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses. 2ndly.  After my debts are paid I give and bequeath unto my sister Nancy Green one half of my estate of every kind whether real or personal or mixed to be held, owned & enjoyed by her during her lifetime & after her death to be equally divided between her children. 3rdly.  I give and bequeath unto my sister Fanny Green the remaining half of my estate of every kind whether real, personal or mixed to be held, owned and enjoyed by her during her lifetime and after her death to be equally divided between her children. And, lastly, I appoint my friend Samuel W. Boehm, Exr' to this my last will & testament requesting that my friend may not be required to give security for the performance of the _____? hereby (confided?) where and hereby revoking all other papers, wills or testaments by me made.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 10th April 1844.
