Page 175 I Nancy Ellis of Franklin County, Widow of William Ellis, decd. do make this my last Will and Testament hereby revolking all former wills by me made.  Immediately after my death I desire all my debts (if any) and funeral expenses to be paid, and the balance of my estate of every kind and description. I devise to Elizabeth Aynes wife of Walter N. Aynes to her separate use and benefit. I constitute and appoint my friend Philip Swigert, Executor of this my last will and testament.  Witness my hand this 17 day of July 1866. Nancy Ellis (her mark) Witness: W. Franklin A. H. Rennick All present at the same time Franklin County Court Oct 1st 1869 A writing purporting to be the last Will and testament of Nancy Ellis, decd., was produced in Court and was proved by the oath of W. Franklin & A. H. Rennick the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded. Whereupon the said is recorded in my office. A. H. Rennick, CFCC
