In the name of Almighty God by whom I hope for the resurrection of the Just at the last day. I Nancy Dooley, widow of Sharp Dooley of Franklin County, Kentucky being
of sound mind and disposing memory and knowing the uncertainty of human life and desiring to dispose of all the worldly estate which it has pleased God to bless me
do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills in manner and form following to wit:
1st. I hereby give and bequeath unto my three children namely; John and William and Jason Dooley my share of which was left to me by my husband, Sharp Dooley.
2nd.  I want Delphia Daughtery to have one fourth of the produce that is raised on the place that is one fourth of the rent for five years after my death.
3rd. I appoint my Doct Lee Crutcher my administrator also guardian for my children this 7th day of July 1879.

I give to John the bay colt and I give my three beds and appendage to John and William & Jason Dooley to be equally divided between the three.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Nancy Dooley, deceased was produced to Court and proven by the oath of F. M. Hulett a subscribing witness

thereto who also proved the attestation of John W. Sargent the other subscribing witness. Whereupon it was ordered that said will be recorded which is done.
