86 I, Moses Perkins being of sound mind and disposing judgment do make this my last will and testament. Item first, I will that my just debts be paid, secondly that my beloved wife Gille remain upon my plantation during her natural life and to enjoy it with all the appurtencies to have and to hold all and every of my property during life and that my daughter Nancy Drawn be permitted to remain with her mother and enjoy the benefits of the place during her natural life or until she may marry. Fourth that all the wealth of my life all that may be remaining of my personal estate be equally divided between my son Barry and my daughter Rachel and Nancy Drawn. Fifth, my wish that my grandson Moses Akin remain with and take care of my wife during her life and at her death. I will that my said grandson Moses Akin have and posses the plantation but should my daughter Nancy Drawn be alive and a widow then in that event I wish him to remain upon the plantation with my son Moses Akin and I do hereby appoint my daughter Nancy Drawn executor of this my last will and testament. Given under my hand and seal this 24th October 1834. Moses Perkins
