177 In the name of God, amen, I, Mary McMullen of the county of Franklin and state of Kentucky, being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament. 1. I desire that all my just debts be paid. 2. I will and bequeath to my sons, William, James and George and to my daughter, Lucy Lillis, each one hundred dollars and to my deceased daughter, Mary Carr's three children, Isabel, Mary Ann and Theodore each thirty three and 1/3 dollars. 3. To my son Merritt, I will and bequeath all the residue of the property I may die possessed of on condition that he shall live with me and take care of me and my property during my life, pay my burial expenses and consign my body to the tomb in proper Christian manner. 4. Having already paid one hundred dollars to my son Archie in advance in order to help him to go to Missouri, and that being the part of my estate intended for him, he is here charged with it. In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal and publish and decree this to be my last will and testament in presence of the witnesses named below this 10th December 1868. Mary McMullen
