I, Martha L. Hetselgesser of county and state above written, late of the county of Marian City of Indianapolis and state of Indiana do make this my last will and testament viz:  I

desire my body after my death to removed to Indianapolis and deposited by the side of my husband, Samuel Hetselgesser in the family lot in Crown Hill Cemetery and there
decently interred after the funeral and burial expenses therein incurred shall have been paid.  I desire all the remainder of my personal and real estate both in Kentucky and in
Indiana to be paid and delivered over to my sister Clementine Williams of County of Franklin and state of Kentucky with whom I now reside and I desire that the said sister
Clementine Williams shall pay to each of my brothers, Joseph R. and John W. Wilcox of California and my nephew Frank Crockett of Indianapolis, Ind. each and severally
the sum of one dollar. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this the 9th day of December 1879.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Martha L. Hetselgesser was produced in Court and proven by the oath of G. W. Chinn one of the subscribing witnesses

thereto, who also proved the attestation of H. R. Williams the other witness thereto . Whereupon it was ordered that said will be recorded, which is done.
