In the name of God Amen, I Michael O. Driscol of Franklin County, Ky do make and ordain this my last will and testament.
Item 1st. It is my will and desire that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid.
Item 2nd. I will and devise all my property real personal and mixed of whatever kind and description and wheresoever located, unto my beloved wife, Mary Driscol to be

used and enjoyed by her during her natural life; and at her death it si my will and desire that all my said property of every kind shall go to and vest in fee simple in my
son, John Driscol; except the sum of one dollar which I will to Dennis Driscol, one dollar to James Driscol one dollar to Frank and one dollar to Tom and one dollar to
Kate Driscol.
Item 4th I hereby nominate and appoint John Driscol, Executor of this my last will and testament and it is my wish that he be allowed to qualify without giving bond:  

Witness my hand this April 7, 1887.

Declared by Michael O. Driscol as and for his last will and testament in the presence of each of us and each of us at his request and in his presence and in the presence of
each other have this the 8th day of April 1887, subscribing our name thereto as attesting witnesses.

An instrument of writing bearing date of April 7th 1887 purporting to be the last will and testament of Michael O. Driscol, deceased was produced in Court and proven by the

oath of J. B. Shields one of the subscribing witnesses thereto who also proved the attestation of H. A. Fleming the other subscribing witness thereto whereupon said writing
was allowed and established and ordered to be recorded as and for the last will and testament of said decedent.
