I, Mary Church of County of Franklin and State of Kentucky, being sound in mind and memory do make this my last will and testament viz:
First, I will and bequeath to my daughter, Seville Church, all my estate real personal and mixed with this reservations, viz:
I devise my sons, William Church and Samuel Sleete Church, to have a house on the farm during their natural lives. Witness my hand this 4th day of

September 1889.

An instrument of writing bearing date September 4, 1889 purporting to be the last will and testament of Mary Church, deceased as this day produced in

Court and filed and proven by the oaths of R. C. Sleete, Kate Pilhington and Mary L. Sleete the subscribing witnesses thereto. Whereupon said instrument
of writing was allowed and established as and for the last will and testament of said decedent and as such ordered to be recorded, which is now done.
