12 I Mary Bacon being of sound mind infirm health do make & ordain this my last will and testament (viz) It is my wish that my property should remain undivided until my youngest child shall attain the age of twenty one years & to be applied as far as my by necessary in the Juddement of my executors to their support. I also wish when my son Alexander should have the small bay mare which is now called his and a bridle and saddle and my son Richardson should when he becomes of age also have a horse bridle and saddle of equal value to that given to Alexander. I give to my son Edmund the silver spoons Marked E.B. they being the initials of his fathers name. I also give to each of my unmarried daughters viz. Mary J. Bacon, Susan Henly Bacon, Virginia R. Bacon, Allice Martha ann Bacon, Sarah E. Bacon a bed & furniture when they shall come of age or get married - when my youngest daughter becomes of age I direct the whole of the residue of my property to be equally divided among all my children. Lastly I appoint my two sons Edmund and Alexander my Executors. In Witness whereof I have this 11th day of April 1826 signed my name. M Bacon
