140 Fully aware of the uncertainty of life, but trusting the mercy of God, I Leonidas D. Walker of the town of Frankfort and State of Kentucky do hereby make ordain and establish this as my last will and testament. I hereby give devise and bequesth to my beloved wife Elizabeth C. Walker the whole of my property and estate of every description whatever be it real, personal or mixed for and during her life. The same at her death to be equally divided among my children. I also appoint my said wife, Elizabeth C. Walker my executrix and do not wish the Courts to require of her any surety as I have full faith in her prudence, discretion and integrity. Done at St. Louis this 6th day of October 1865. Leo D. Walker
