59 On this __ day of January 1882, I Lucy Penn well knowing the uncertainty of life and being of sound mind, but in bad health and desiring to make such disposition of my property as will be of most benefit to my husband and children to therefore make and proclaim this to be my last will and testament. I will and devise to my husband, William S. Penn all of my property, both real and personal to be disposed of by him in such manner as to insure the greatest good to my children in their raising and education. If after they have been property brought up and educated anything should be left of my property or its proceeds it is my will that it shall be equally divided between them, my husband taking a childs share. In testimony where of I have hereunto set my hand the day and date first above written.
