In the name of God, Amen, I, Lucretia Hales of the County of Franklin and the State of Kentucky, being of sound mind and disposing memory do make
this my last testament and will.
First, I give my real estate consisting of 100 acres of land to my five children to wit: Robert Hales, Mary Babbit, Mildred Sudduth, Louisa Bryant and Nancy
Sudduth.
And 2nd, I give to Louisa Bryant and Nancy Sudduth all of my personal property for taking care of myself and I appoint Robert Hales my sole executor to
carry this into effect. This March 20th, 1886
