120 In the name of God amen. I John Yeatman of the county of Franklin and the State of Kentucky although infirm in body yet of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding calling to mind the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof, being desirous to settle my worldly affairs according to my own mind do therefore make constitute ordain and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all others.
First
it is my will and desire that all my lawful debts be paid by my Executors
hereinafter named. Secondly I lent to my loving wife Lucy Yeatman for and
during her John Yeatman

sealed and published in presence of, acknowledged in presence of us the 20th
day of March 1823
