In the name of God Amen, James Ware of the county of Woodford, being of perfect mind and memory thanks be to God for the same do make this my last will and
testament followeth:
Item,  I give to my three sons, James Ware, William Ware and Edmund Ware, twenty five pounds to each to be paid out of my estate.  The rest of my estate to be
sold and the money equally divided amongst all my children hereafter named; John Ware, Nicholas Ware's heirs, James Ware, Clary Sale, William Ware and
Edmond Ware them and their heirs forever.  I have paid my son William Ware twenty nine pounds and my son Edmond Ware twenty five pounds to be deducted out
of their part.
Lastly, I appoint my three sons, James Ware, William Ware and Edmond Ware executors of this my last will.  Given under my hand and seal this 25th day of
September 1790.

At a court held for the county of Franklin on Tuesday, the nineteenth day of April 1796
The last will and testament of James Ware was proved in Court by the oaths of Wm. Hickman, which is ordered to be recorded.
