I, John H. Wallace of Franklin County, Kentucky being of sound mind do make my last will and testament as follows, hereby revolking all other wills by me heretofore made.
First, I will and devise to my son, Dr. C. K. Wallace all my estate real and personal subject to the following provisions and bequest.
Second, I direct that my son shall out of the estate devised to him pay to my son, George H. Wallace five hundred dollars.
Third, I also bequeath out of said estate to my two granddaughters, Helen and Amy Wallace, five hundred dollars to be equally divided between them the share of each to be

payable when she shall arrive a the age of twenty one years or shall marry, said sum to be held in trust by son, C. K. Wallace with full force to pay each or either of said
legatees the legacy herein provided for whenever in his judgment it would be to her interest to do so.
Fourth, I also bequeath out of said estate to each of my other grandchildren (except the children of my son, George H. Wallace) on hundred dollars payable to each when

he or she shall have arrived at the age of twenty one years.
Fifth, I will to my grandson and namesake, John H. Wallace son of said, Dr. C. K. Wallace, my horse and buggy.
Sixth, I hereby appoint my said son, Dr. C. K. Wallace, executor of this will requesting that he may be permitted to qualify without giving bond or security.  Given under

my hand this 10 day of March 1891.

An instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of John H. Wallace, deceased was this day produced in Court and filed and proven by the oaths of

Benj. Emison and John W. Carter the subscribing witnesses thereto, who made oath that said John H. Wallace acknowledged said instrument of writing to be his last
will and testament in their presence and that they subscribed the same as witnesses in the presence of each other and in the presence of and at the request of said
testator, it is ordered that said instrument of writing be and the same is allowed and established as the last will and testament of said John H. Wallace, deceased and
now recorded accordingly.
