196 I, John Walker of Frankfort, Kentucky being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and constitute this my last will and testament. First, After my death I desire that all my first debts shall be paid. Second, I hereby will and bequeath to my beloved and faithful wife, Sarah Walker, all of my property both real and personal during the balance of her natural life. Third, After the death of my wife, I will and bequeath to my daughter, Harriett in fee all of my real and personal estate subject however, to a charge of one hundred and fifty dollars in favor of my son, John B. Walker, which sum she is hereby requested to pay to him out of the said property so devised to her. Witness my hand this 19th of September 1876. John Walker
