92 In the name of Joseph Parker of the county of Franklin and state of Kentucky being weak of body and considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and perfect mind and memory blessed by the almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following, to wit:
First,
I give and bequeath to my beloved sons and son-in-law, Charles Parker, Archibald
Parker and John George a certain Negro girl slave by the name of Dinea to
be equally divided
I do
also give and bequeath to my younger son Lewis Parker a certain bond on Samuel
Arbuckle which is due the fifteenth of January next, the said bond calls
for hundred fifty dollars,
I also
give and bequeath to my youngest son John Parker of Virginia the money due
on my pension certificate for my service rendered in the revolution. The
said John Parker is to pay
I hereby
appoint Charles Parker and Archibald Parker sole executors of my last will
and testament hereby revolking all former wills by me made. In witness
whereof I have hereunto set Joseph Parker
