In the name of God amen, I John Mizner, Junr. of Franklin County and State of Kentucky Being in a debilitated state of body but of sound disposing mind and memory and knowing it appointed
once for all men to die do after, bequeathing my body to the earth from whence it came and my Spirit to almighty God who give it do dispose of my worldly goods which it hath pleased providence
to bless me with in the following manner towit,
first it is my will that all my honest debts to be paid and after that the Balance of my estate after my death I will and bequeath to my beloved wife
Rebecca Mizner so long as she remains a widow but should she marry then she is to have the third part of my estate that may be in her hands at the time of her marrying to dispose of in any
manner she may think proper amongst all the children she may have either now or at her death.  With this provision I will that my beloved wife Rebecca Mizner have the selecting of such property
from my estate and putting the same into the hands of my Executors whose names are below inserted for the purpose of paying my debts above mentioned as she may think she can spare best,
2and I will that should there be anything coming to me from my fathers estate that my executors receive the same and equally divide it amongst all my surviving children that my wife Rebecca
Mizner may have at my death.
3rd  I constitute and appoint my brother Joseph Mizner and Isaac Miers as my executors to this my last will & testament. In Testimony whereof I have set my hand and seal revolking all other wills
that may have been heretofore made by me.  Signed with my hand & seal this fifth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & twenty five.

A Writing purporting to be the last will & testament of John Mizner deceased was produced in court and proven by the Oaths of Jordan H. Walker, Randol Walker & Mathias Carter
three of the subscribing witnesses thereto which is ordered to be recorded.
