In the name of God Amen, I John Madison of the town of Frankfort and the state of Kentucky being of sound and composed mind but debilitated in body and mindful of my mortality
do make and publish this my last Will and Testament - That is to say, I give and devise unto my friend William Starling Junr all my lands tenements and hereditaments to which I have
title or a right to demand title either in law or equity of whatsoever kind the same may be with all rights and privileges attached thereto or Issuing therefrom to him and his heirs forever.

I given and bequeath unto said William Starling Jr all my goods and chattels whether in possession or in action including as well real or personal chattels and that my will and desire
may be clearly known and my said friend William Starling Jr not debarted by insufficiency or in a p?? of words from the full enjoyment of all the rights and privileges hereby intended
to be transferred and vested in him. I do publish and declare that it is my will and desire to constitute said William Starling Jr my sole heir and representative and to give, Devise and
bequeath unto him all my estate real personal and mixed wheresoever the same may be.

It is my will and desire that no inventory, appraisement or sal be made of my goods and chattels as required by the forms of law other than my said friend William Starling Jr may
desire.

I do hereby appoint sd William Starling Jr Executor of this my last will and testament in all things relating to my own private and individual rights, but deeming it unnecessary do not
authorize said last mentioned Executor, to represent me in any case where I may stand in a representative or fiduciary relation to any other person.

I desire that my said Executor shall as soon as he conveniently can pay off all my just debts out of the estate hereby devised and bequeathed to him. I further desire that my
Executor shall deliver over unto Robert Alexander my Coexecutor of George Madison deceased all the beds, papers, Accounts in my possession relating to the estate of said
George Madison decd. and I do hereby appoint & request the said Robert Alexander to supervise and adjust my accounts with said George Madison's estate, as also to represent
me in all matters wherin I am connected or concerned with sd estate and should a balance be owning from me to sd George Madison, I desire my said Executor William Starling
to pay the same over to Sd Robert Alexander - my desire is that my said Executor Wm Starling Jr should not be required to give bond when he makes probate of this my last
will and testament as required in ordinary cases by the law and that nothing further be required of him to enable him to enjoy the rights, and discharge the duties hereby assigned
to him than barely to make said probate - Hereby revolking all former wills and testaments I have hereunto set my hand and affected my seal this 28th day of April in the year of
our Lord  1820.
