Page 68 Be it known to all whom this matter may concern that I, Jerry Lee being a resident of the City of Franklin County of Franklin and State of Kentucky and being also of a sound and disposing mind do make and publish this as my last will and testament. 1st. I desire that all my debts be paid out to my personal property if there be a sufficient amount for that purpose and if after all of said debts are paid there be a remainder that my wife, Ellen Lee take and keep it in fee or dispose of it as she may desire. 2nd.  In case there is not a sufficiency of personal property out of which to pay my debts, I desire that the balance of said debts to be paid by selling such of my real estate as my personal representatives may select for that purpose. 3rd. I desire that my policy in the Mutual Aid Life Insurance Company shall be paid as in said policy provided for. 4th. I give and bequeath all my property of every description to my beloved wife, Ellen Lee for her natural life with remainder over in equal parts to my children, Annie Mary Lee, Jennie Lee and John B. Lee and their heirs forever. 5th.  I hereby appoint my beloved wife, Ellen Lee and my dear friend Louis Mangan my Executrix and Executor to settle and administer over my estate hereby giving thence all the authority and power usually bestowed on such personal representatives.  I witness of all which I hereto sign my name at Frankfort, Ky this September 11, 1882. Kirtley Sidney French Franklin County Court October Term 1882 A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Jerry Lee, deceased was produced to Court and proved by the oaths of Sidney French and J.
