146 I, Joseph Gore of Franklin County make this my last will and testament hereby revolking all former wills and codicils by me heretofore made, viz: I give and bequeath to my wife, Polly Gore, on third part of my estate real, personal and mixed to her forever to be held in trust during her life by my executor herein after named. I give and bequeath to Richard Long and Mary Heffner, wife of Nelson Heffner the sum of five hundred dollars each. I further wish that my executors see that I am properly buried and they have erected around my lot a substantial stone wall and have a nice and substantial marble monument erected in the center of said lot. I give and bequeath the remainder of my estate to my heirs. I constitute and appoint Philip Swigert and H. B. Innes executors of this my last will. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 25th day of January 1854. Joseph Gore
