108 I, John Foster of Frankfort, being of feeble health of body, but of sound and disposing mind considering the uncertainty of life do make and publish this my last will and testament revoking all other wills heretofore made to wit: After my funeral expenses and all my just debts are paid I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Berlinda, for and during her natural life all the property I am the owner of at my death to do with as she pleases. I leave her, my beloved wife, the sole executor of this my last will and testament and do not wish the court to require of her any security as the executor and I further bequeath that after her death all the property there may be in her possession or otherwise be divided equally between my four to wit: John Foster, William Foster, Rebecca Snider and Martha Veitch or their lawful heirs in case any of them may be dead. Done this fourth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight.
