I give to my son John D. Casey one dollar, also I give to my son Thomas C. Casey one dollar, also I give to my daughter Silvaser P. Eaton one dollar out of my estate
at my death. The balance of my estate to be divided equally between my son Wm B. Casey and my daughter Sally W. Kincaid and my daughter Nancy S. Casey after
my just debts are paid 13th August 1837. Given under my hand and seal.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of John Casey, deceased and Alexander Wilson and Edmond J. Fox being sworn sated that the will and signature is
wholly in the hand writing of said decedent where upon the said will is ordered to be recorded, which is accordingly done.
