102 I John B. Wooldridge of Franklin county and State of Kentucky do hereby make this my last will and Testament revoking all others, being weak of body but of perfect sense and memory. First, I wish all my just debts to be paid -- but few and none of magnitude. Secondly, I devise one moiety of my estate of every kind whatsoever remaining after the payment of my debts to my sister Polly Hall and her heirs forever. Thirdly - I devise the other moiety of my estate to my executors herein after mentioned to be appropriated by them at their discretion to the uses of my sister Belacy Wingate and here heirs forever. Fourthly - The division aforesaid is to be make by my executors according to their discretion. Fifthly - my desire is that my executors should not be compelled to give the bond and security as required by law, nor compelled to make out an inventory and appraisement. Sixtly - I hereby appoint my father Thomas Wooldridge and my brother in law Jeremiah Dale, executors of this my last will and Testament. In witnes whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 19th day of July 1822. J. B. Wooldridge {seal}
