I, Henry Reynard of the city of Frankfort do make and ordain this my last will and testament.
1st. I give to my wife Laurinda Reynard all my property both real and personal, the personal property to be hers absolutely the real estate at her death to go to her children.
2nd. I give to Agie Sneed, the child of Maria Haydon, one hundred and fifty dollars. Signed and acknowledged in our presence this do of April 1881.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Henry Reynard, decd. was produced to Court and proven by the oaths of R. A. Thomson, Nelson Woods, Ann M. Woods
and Malinda Scott the subscribing witnesses thereto. Whereupon it was ordered that said will be recorded, which is done.
