Franklin County, State of Kentucky, February the 26th 1824

I, Henderson Church have for a long time laboured under heavy complain and afflictions calls his attention to a duty he feels for his posterity, which he may leave behind
feeling at present in a firm state of mind calls upon his friends to assist him in leaving this last will and Testament he would leave his son Bryant Church five hundred
Dollars whenever his business would be settled and the remainder of his property To be left to his daughter Priscilla Church to her and her heirs forever and do hereby
leave my brother William Church, senr. the Executor of this my last will and testement.
