Page 92 In the name of God Amen, I George Penn of the County of Franklin State of Kentucky do make and publish this as my last will and testament. I give and bequeath to my son Robert T. Penn all my estate of every kind and description real, personal and mixed including all my slaves. I have not devised to my daughters Harriet McSwain and Margaret McSwain any portion of my estate because I have heretofore given to them a fair and just proportion of my estate.  I appoint my said son, Robert Executor of my estate and direct that no security be requested of him by the County Court.  Witness my hand this 28th November 1860. George Penn Signed acknowledged in the presence of us and of each of us and attested by each of us at the request of George Penn in his presence and in the presence of each other: J. H. Johnson J. T. Graham State of Kentucky Franklin County Court,January 19, 1863 A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of George Penn, deceased was produced by the oath of J. T. Graham a witness thereto and the same is continued until tomorrow for further proof. A. H.
