92 In the name of God Amen, I George Penn of the County of Franklin State of Kentucky do make and publish this as my last will and testament. I give and bequeath to my son Robert T. Penn all my estate of every kind and description real, personal and mixed including all my slaves. I have not devised to my daughters Harriet McSwain and Margaret McSwain any portion of my estate because I have heretofore given to them a fair and just proportion of my estate. I appoint my said son, Robert Executor of my estate and direct that no security be requested of him by the County Court. Witness my hand this 28th November 1860. George Penn
