346 I, October 7, 1879, I Frances Moss of Franklin County, Kentucky being weak in body, but of a sound and disposing mind, do make and publish this my last will and testament revoking all others. First, my will is that after my decease all my just debts be paid. Secondly, my will is that my son James W. Carter, after payment of my just debts shall have his share of the remainder. Thirdly, my will is that Anna E. Bond, after the payment of just debts shall have her share of the remainder. Fourthly, my will is that John Carter's bodily heirs after the payment of my just debts shall have their share of the remainder. Fifth, My will is that Mary Lewis Stevens after the payment of my just debts shall have her mother's portion of the remainder. Sixth, My will is that my granddaughter, Katy Carter after the payment of my just debts shall have her mother's portion of the remainder as long as the said Katy shall live and after the death of said Katy her portion shall be given to my children. Seventh, My will is that as Henry Carter has already received his portion I bequeath to him on dollar after the payment of my just debts. In testimony of which I hereto subscribe my name this10th day of October 1879. Frances Moss
