398 I, Ellen Sebree of the Forks of Elkhorn in the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky being of sound mind and memory and understanding, do make my last will and testament in manner and form following: First, I give and bequeath to my daughter, Jennie Sebree my house and lot situated in the Forks of Elkhorn in the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky. Second, I give and bequeath to my daughter Jennie Sebree and Fannie Hawkins, all of my personal property to be equally divided between them, share and share about. Third, I also give devise and bequeath to my son, Robert Sebree one dollar. Fourth, I give devise and bequeath to my son, Richard Sebree one dollar. I appoint my daughter, Jennie Sebree, sole Executrix of this my last will and testament. In testament whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal and publish and declare this to be my last will and testament in presence of the witnesses named below this the third day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety four.
