Page 398 I, Ellen Sebree of the Forks of Elkhorn in the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky being of sound mind and memory and understanding, do make my last will and testament in manner and form following: First, I give and bequeath to my daughter, Jennie Sebree my house and lot situated in the Forks of Elkhorn in the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky. Second, I give and bequeath to my daughter Jennie Sebree and Fannie Hawkins, all of my personal property to be equally divided between them, share and share about. Third, I also give devise and bequeath to my son, Robert Sebree one dollar. Fourth, I give devise and bequeath to my son, Richard Sebree one dollar. I appoint my daughter, Jennie Sebree, sole Executrix of this my last will and testament.  In testament whereof I hereunto set my  hand and seal and publish and declare this to be my last will and testament in presence of the witnesses named below this the third day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety four. Ellen Sebree Signed sealed declared and published by the said Ellen Sebree as and for her last will and testament in presence of us, who at her request and in his presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto: R. C. Church, Forks of Elkhorn L. C. South, Forks of Elkhorn R. W. Buffin, Forks of Elkhorn December 3rd. 1894 Franklin County Court Monday, August 5th, 1895 An instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Ellen Sebree, deceased was this day produced in Court and filed and proven by the oaths of R. C. Church and R. W. Buffin two of the subscribing witnesses hereunto who also proved the attestation of L. C. South the others subscribing witness thereto. Whereupon said writing was allowed and established as and for the last will and testament of said decedent and as such ordered to be recorded, which is now done. N. B. Smith, CFCC
